Visitation

Visitation refers to the time a non-custodial parent is permitted to spend with his or her children. Complex children’s and parental schedules make negotiating visitation agreements difficult, but we aim to reach a solution that serves the children’s best interests.

Because visitation is often a very contentious issue, our attorneys often must go to court to obtain a fair arrangement, deal with violation of a visitation order or to modify an agreement because of changes in family circumstances.
